Abstract: The present study deals with the recognition and hierarchical classification of the influential elements in business caller’s satisfaction of the social security organization in Arak- branch2.the basic question in this study is to get what the essential elements are in case of caller’s satisfaction? How each and everyone functions? To do this important, after the introduction we jonsider the review of literature and the discussion of the subject, and then we refer to the methodology which is exactly the caller’s expectations and includes the advantages of applying official automation. The corresponding hypotheses wherein lies the caller’s satisfaction are as hollow:
1- official automation accelerates responding the callers/ customer.
2- Official automation helps reduction of official bureaucracy.
3- Official automation improves the rate of precision / care in doing orders.
4- Official automation provides callers the possibility of using different services.

The are of study includes both the employers and the employers who are under the coverage of social security organization in Aral, which in fact forms a small society. The applied method for data collection contains questionnaires and the present statistics in Arak social- security organization branch2. The statistic procedure in this study is practical- comparative; since the averages and the related Samples of each and every group during the years before and after the performance of official automation are independent from each other, we utilized comparing couple test and T- Test, and the final results derived from data processing indicate that the hypotheses turn true with, high probability of 95 percent.
